Highlights
Running scenarios in MiningMath enables engineers and operators to evaluate and optimize mine plans by executing integrated, simultaneous optimizations of all mining periods and parameters, producing solutions with potentially higher net present values than traditional methods. This process supports rapid iteration through configurable time limits and queue management, reducing manual rework and accelerating the assessment of alternative strategies. Detailed, exportable results facilitate thorough analysis and integration with other tools, helping identify risks and opportunities early in the planning process.
Once a scenario has been configured, you can use the Run option to execute the scenario.
Advanced options
Advanced options are also avaible before executing a scenario.
Time limit (h)
It is possible to indicate a time limit in hours before running a scenario. The time limit is defined in hours due to the usual complexity of mining projects (read more).
Run options
You can set different export options by clicking on the small button under the Run option (read more about output files).
Results
After the scenario finishes running, you will be able to acess its report, visualise results in the Viewer and also have a summary information in the decision tree.
